Can you resit the ESAT in January?
No. UAT-UK lets you sit the ESAT once per admissions cycle, so January is a second date to choose from, not a second attempt. Imperial counts only your first score.
If you have not sat the ESAT this cycle, January is open for Imperial, UCL Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Oxford Engineering with Foundation Year and the Cambridge mature colleges' January round. See who can sit in January.

ESAT Pro runs to 31 January 2028, so one payment of £199 covers next October's sitting too.
