Which ENGAA and NSAA questions are still on the ESAT specification?
UAT-UK marked the archive itself: in the Advanced Mathematics and Advanced Physics parts, questions not covered by the ESAT content specification have a cross through the question number. This map carries those crosses. The other parts carry no marks from UAT-UK, so each of those questions is tagged by topic here instead.
How long should an old question take?
About the same as an ESAT question. The ESAT gives 27 questions in 40 minutes, 89 seconds each. ENGAA Section 1 gave 80 minutes for 54 questions until 2018 and NSAA until 2019; after that both gave 60 minutes for 40. That is 89 or 90 seconds each.
Can I turn my mark on these questions into an ESAT score?
No. UAT-UK publishes no conversion from ENGAA or NSAA marks to the ESAT 1.0 to 9.0 scale, and ESAT scores are set after each sitting. Use your raw mark and the reasons you lost marks, not a score.
Why do some questions appear in both papers?
In several years the ENGAA and NSAA shared questions. The map lists each shared question once and names its twin, and marking one as done marks both.
